Stephen Tryon has worked as a Chef in 5-star International Hotels, Casinos, Resorts and Restaurants in the United Kingdom, Bermuda, South Africa and Australia. Throughout his career he has always had a special interest in the areas of Food Safety, Employee Training and Development and Kitchen Management.  In recent times he has hung up his chefs’ whites in order to take on such roles as Culinary Trainer with Crown Casino. In this role Stephen was responsible for the entire training and development program for a kitchen brigade of 450.  He now runs a company called Culinary Solutions Australia, advising hospitality clients and conducting training in the areas of Food Safety and Kitchen Management.  He also conducts workplace assessments (RPL) for Commercial Cooker, Patisserie & Asian Cookery.
